   I'm coming to Australia for 2 mths in January and planning on hiring a camper van. Are there any good guide books for campsites that anyone can recommend and does anyone have any tips?

   Try Travellers Autobarn for vehicles.
   Don't worry about campsite guides until you get there - there will be loads. You could even just turn up in a town, find the tourist info and ask.
   Australia (and NZ) are really geared up for this sort of thing.
