   I plan to travel 3 months around NZ by bicycle starting October.
   I already did 12 countries in this way, but always travelling in a small group of 2 to 4.

   Are there enough camping grounds on both islands?

   Is it legal to camp out of camping places?

   Also, I´m looking for travellers with similar plans.

   Hi,
   There's loads of campsites all over the country, so you should be fine.
   Not sure about legality of 'wild' camping though, but shouldn't be necessary.
