   I wonder if anyone could help me or give suggestion on the above matter. Apartment with 2 rooms would just fine for me & my parents.

   Hello,

   Budget appartment in London.....What do you class as budget?? Where do you want to live??
   It depends where you want to live. If you go a little out of town you could pick up something quite reasonable. But if it is in the heart of town it can be very expensive.
