   I'm an Aussie. I understand that foreign tourists are able to purchase a discounted travel ticket for use on the London trains. Is anyone able to provide detail and where such a ticket is able to be purchased? I believe there is only one location to purchase the ticket and that is at a station near Scotland Yard. Thank you.

   I know that you can buy a discounted travel card through your travel agent in your home country before entering the UK but I'm not sure if that is possible when already being in the UK. Sorry, not much help really.
